This is a modified IDIS system - navigation screen is from VDO PC5000 reader. There is one person in Poland, who can make this modifications

I wrote an email to the Polish guy.
I replied that the fact that different readers make navigation to the alpha ics, Lancia, fiata.Na present day a few guys from the crowd in May map to g2 and g3 as beta.Oni have only one big problem of how to protect a CD against illegal copying.
After that, make different readers, which can be controlled from the ics, as well as a version of Linux to Lybry the ICS.

Eastern europe has never been available for Lybra cars as far as I know. You can check the Navteq-website (link below) for all countries that are sold. Germany and the Alps like you asked can be updated if you have a G3 system. Witch you probably have because mine is also a 2001 and a G3. You have to do a firmware update before you can read an (Opel)ncdx cd witch you can get elsewhere on this fantastic forum. This update will automaticly be done if you insert a original Lybra Navigation CD of the year 2004 or later. If your system has alraedy the latest software, it should display "software version V5.38". The update is also for the car phone and the trip computer and takes about 20- 30 minutes.
After updating, you only have to download and burn the NCDX CD's witch provide you the latest maps in your Lybra. Only difference are the dealer points of interest, witch are Opel instead of Lancia.
I can insure you that it is possible because my Lancia Lybra works flawlessly with it. Good luck!...and great car!
