That makes me sad and disappointed

I kinda felt I could make the wonderful RT work for us neglected Brazilian drivers. Got especially hopeful when I saw your comment stating that the InstantNav maps are in the same format as RT5 maps. Regarding the protection scheme, would it be an issue even if I ordered an official, original Brazil map SD card from a Fiat dealer?

The only compatibility lies in the Mappe folder where the map data for the various countries are store.
Aprt from that you require a lot more than is to be found on the SD Card

It would seem hopeless to order a useless SD card

I just bought a Lancia Phedra 2.2MJT Limited Edition from 08/2009. I did not fully check the details of the audio/nav-system yet but I saw a NavTeq SD-card lying around in the car during the test-drive. What system can I expect and what updates (maps, firmware &TWEAKS ;-)) are available
