What's navigation system in Lancia Phedra 07/2007 ?

I need Eastern Europe! Please help me, what's navigation CD need for me?
Connect Nav+ or Connect G2 (with v12.3 firmware) or Navteq VDO Dayton???

I've have an old original Benelux CD (T1000-10748), but don't know what system is it:

Let us know exactly which files are on the cd
From a poor picture no one can tell which system you have
Press MENU for > 10 seconds and find out the system software version

If I press MENU, I get this:

It just means you have a suitable FW update (6.62) to use the RT3 CD's that are available here
