INA-W910.......Still need some help... The 910r sync tool does not work on the INA-W910. Can any one tell me how to add an australian map to the ALPINE INA-W910. I have looked on the naviextras website and the instructions do not work on my unit. I am desperate to get the navi working in Australia but not having much luck at all. Alpine USA says it cant be done. I cant see the INA-W910 being much different to the INA-W910r. PLEASE PLEASE can some one help.....Thanks
I am having the same request here. Trying to download system info to sd card but sync tool for INA-W910R doesn't work for W910. I look at the video clip of W910R is different from that of W910.
I am not too sure when Australia release the map update would work on US model.
Hi guys I am currently also trying to install Aussie maps, any ideas on how this can be achieved?
I've looked everywhere and nothing seems to work. Well currently I can't even find American map updates for the device to find out what format the file is saved so I can compare that to the INAW910R (mentioned above).

No i still have not been able to sort the australian maps out. There must be some clever whizz kid around with a computer that is able to add the australian maps. I would pay anything to get my unit working 100%. Any help would still be much appreciated. I nnly bought this from america as it was the latest unit out. It took another year for it to come here. So i thought that to be a valid reason. So PLEASE HELP IF AT ALL POSSIBLE
I've had found a soulution on the update problem
1: format the sd card and put and clean synchtool on it
2: reset the Ina-w910r
3: start the uniet , copy content to sd card
4 : Start the pc and toolbox and copy the new update to the sd card
5 : start the uniet and then when the synchtool starts again , then copy the new updates to the device.
by this steps its works for me

This problem is already known to us. A new Synctool will be released soon that will solve the problem.
Until then, you can try with a new SD card, making sure that you follow all the instructions precisely.
We will inform you as soon as the new Synctool will be available.
