Use the iGo.exe and licenses from the version 8.3.4.142975. But you must rename the iGo.exe in to AlpineNavi.exe. The NVE-M300P always starts automatically the file "\\Alpine\AlpineNavi.exe

Bad news, it doesn't actually work... The overlay button is there but nothing happens when you press it.

Could you explain me exactly what do the physical button on your navigation ?
Is it to increase or decrease the volume of the music or the voice from the navigation ?

Physical button only to change volume, there is a soft button whilst in nav to quickly change tracks, play/pause etc.
