2005 version:

This ISO works fine being recorded at low speed in a DVD double layer -R type.


2009 version:

ISOs taken using al CloneCD as DVDDecrypter (same result). No known way to make them work at the car. Please check

Hello,

I tried to copy the navi dvd to have the "latest" maps on a NVE-N099P.
Unfortunatelly, the software update, but the maps are unreadable !
I tried with DVD+R DL from 3 manufacturer. I still need to check with DVD-R DL.

Does anyone succesfully copy the DVD ?
Does anyone downgrade the NVE-N099P ?
Does anyone hard-reset the NVE-N099P ?

I am confident the PTP/OTP issue is applicable here which means a recorde DVD will never work, only a pressed one.

If you want to downgrade, pull the fuse for 15 minutes and insert the old DVD
If that does not help, try change the language and as soon as the screen geos black, eject the current dvd and insert the old one
