Your iGO runs perfect in my SGS3, only thing I miss are the TTS voice, but I know that the Russian have it working with the voice engine from TomTom.
Then we only have to wait until those comes in different TTS voice language files

I have read a' bit in Russian sites but CAN'T understand Russian

Hi, what are you using to decompress the archive? I had the same problem but solved using an updated version of 7-zip.
Get 7-zip v9.20 or newer and try again.
