I have submitted the recovery form last week. I have yet to get a response. What do I need to do to recover the access to paid downloads section?

Guys gpsu has already said he's on it. There's a form to submit so I suggest you do that if you haven't already:

We are working hard to get the download site up by this week.

Looking at our progress, we are about 80% ready. So expect re-opening to be this Thursday/Friday.

For members who have already proved that they are still paying members (example: their membership has not expired), you will soon be notified.

We have checked through most of the submission, only 5% have either expired membership or incorrect paypal email address or others. Then this 5% will require more proof to prove that they are genuine.

Our admin team is working 101% hard to make the reopening as early as possible to avoid disappointing members.

Just bear with us.....

He also said that login will be automatic and NOT a separate login as previous. SO I guess we'll simply see a new area on these forums.

If yes, great. U will have the access too. No more like last time where you need a separate login.

The new system will identify you as paid member and with the dual login system, when you login to the forum, you login in to the download access too.

Just be patient. Soon ready...

In the past, we have no chance to introduce new ideas and new system, now it is the time. It will only be for better.

So hopefully it won't be long.

I truly understand your anxiety. After all it is your hard-earned money, you dont want to see yours go down the drain. I personally guarantee that this thing will not happen in GPSU.
