Probably wrong place for this query, but....

I would like to become a paid member, but I am unhappy about the automatic re-subscription, I am in charge of my funds, NOT anyone else, computer or human!

I cannot find a faq that gives information as to how to stop the automatic re-subscribe or how to cancel.

Answers please.

Hi aerostar,

When you are completing the paypal payment, you will have the option to disable the automatic recurring payment option.

Not an easy thing to find in paypal, you have to setup the payment, then to cancel the auto renewal, go to My Account, click on "profiles" , then choose "my pre-approved payments", then click on Merchant Name, then choose cancel.

I had a paid sub to download area,but can't find the Pay Pal reciept. What was the name of your Pay Pal Acount? It wasn't GPSUnderground.

You should have an email from "donate gpsunderground.com with the receipt from them. Dont worry I am sure we will get on shortly as stated.

I paid thru PayPal and didn't get an email with a receipt. I somehow opened a support ticket and described the situation. I got a vary fast reply and my membership now shows as Paid Member (thanks). I replied to the ticket asking for the downloads password and was told to ask for it in the Forums! I don't expect it to be posted, but I'm following directions. How do I extract downloads from the paid area?

Update: Although it wasn't supposed to be password protected, the only file I tried downloading was password protected. GPSU solved the problem! The files I've downloaded since are not password protected.
