Paid User but cannot access to download area!

I´m back again, justa mere two months after I asked when we could expect 860 maps in the download area. No answer and no maps. And now the 865 maps are available elsewhere. I too am wondering why we are paying members. There may be an explenation, but then that would be nice to know.
