install map:
connect VCDS or VAG or VAS
and Adaptation - Channel "6" 0 to 1 (unlock green service menu)

SETUP + CAR
show the green menu
choose SWDL:
user defined mode ON YES
ignore region and variant ONE YES

SETUP + RETURN

then put the sd card with Crack Map 2010
