No. As you can see, the files dont compare. The files you have linked to are the 2013 RNSE disks WITHOUT speedcams.
Those both disks are (all)ready downloadable. Disk 2 only shows numbers in red, indicating some files are missing. But as shown also, repairfiles (on average .par2 files called) are posted with it. So thats no problem. Damaged files are automaticly repaired with most downloadmanagers like Sabnzbd with those .par2 files.
Most posters post 10% repairfiles relative to the complete size of files. So in this case 10% of 19116 = 1911 files may be damaged without problem.
If more than 10% of the files are missing, posts are most likely not repairable.

The disks with speedcams will probably be 17-12 online, but as said i encounter some probs with uploaded.to . JD keeps losing the connection with part #13 on uploaded.
So a bit more patience unfortunately.

I only have one image file in the non speed cam edition there is 2 image files .

Can I burn with img burn with just the one file?

The upload of the 2nd speedcam disk is still running. So that explains why you have only 1 img file. If im correct you have one filemap with disk 1 wich is complete, this is therefor burnable with indeed IMGburn. For the second disk, you must have a few hours of patience. As said this 2nd disk is being uploaded. If i'm suggesting correctly the second filemap contains therefor only some rar files (for the upload is still running, and so a complete .img file couldnt be unpacked).
If you have downloaded the both NON speedcamfiles, its correct that you've 2 .img files. This for these files are completely uploaded as 2 seperate disks.

Im suggesting half part of this, for you do not type Eanglischj verry well. Please type so that responders avoid misunderstanding you.
If you type so, that only one way of implementing is possible, its easy for responders to understand your problem.

What I meant to say that In disc 1 off the speed cam edition there is only 1 image file.

RNS-E_2013_DVD1_Speed - 7gig

In the original 2013 disc there are 2 image files.

For the original 2013 disc I burnt this in ImgBurn by loading the .mds file

Can I just load the image file for the speed cam edition in ImgBurn and burn ?

Problem making a good copy of a RNS-E dvd

Burned succesfull with ImgBurn 2.5.7.0 Audi Navigation Plus RNS-e 2013 DVD 2, at 2.4x speed. When I insert the DVD in the RNS-e unit it says : "Software update 0650 CD/DVD".
The 2012 DVD 2 version works fine.
