Do you have a similar display like the one in the link I gave you?
If not, you have an entirely different system

Please start to compare the file on your own cd with the one you have just written
There should be 6 files and nothing else: carindb, carinsys, bibliogr, copyrigh, abstract and carinet

The only systems ever fitted in the 2006 A6 are MMI either High with color display and DVD or Basic with Monochrome display and CD's

You could of course also have made an error in writing the image to disc.
You just open the image in your favourite program and burn. Do not write the image to disc as data in a compilation

The dispaly is similar to the link you sent. The files that I downloaded are the 6 files you are mentioning. I copied these over to a CD. The system that I hvae is CD navigation.
I have a original navigation CD for Germany: Audi Navigation ( MMI Basic +) This one does work when I insert it, the one i have copied does not work ( Error: Please insert navigation CD)

I have also a Lanuage CD. Is it possible to find a CD in norwegian.

You can't just "copy the files over"

You must just do as I suggested.
After downloading you end up with an ISO file. This file must be "OPENED" with a wrting program like Imgburn
The resulting cd should hold 6 files as above and the label of the cd must be NAV_DB

And no, the language cannot be changed to Norwegian

I did as you recommended, but the cd got rejected again. What can be the problem?

    Dear Gazo,
It appears like you are the person to speak to.
Is there any way whatsoever to add maps of cyprus to the iso image and burn them so they will work on an audi mmi monochrome display?
    thanks
