For everyone who wants to burn these CDs:
When your Navi displays only "CD-ROM", your software did'nt burn it correctly!
I've just tried this out for fun because so many people having trouble with it and wasted several high value CD-R with different burning tools like InfraRecorder etc.

To make these images work, you HAVE GOT to burn them with Nero. I used Version 12 Trial.
    Use these settings:
Speed: 4x or lowest that you can set.
    Write Method: Disk-At-Once/96

You can test if the CD is OK before you go to your car:
after the CD was bured, insert it into your computer again. Try to access the content of the CD. If you get a message like unreadable, unformatted, unrecognized etc, you can thow it away directly.
On your computer you MUST be able to see the filesystem structure of the CD, seeing some files on it. When you do, it is likely, that your Navi wil accept this CD.

After I did the testings, I threw all my burned disks away even if they worked and switched back to the originals.
