Becker BE Z103 with missing software

Becker z103 with empty internal memory. When i start it only the logo show and nothing happens. I tried to run Igo 8, Primo on it from the micro SD card - they both start, then the screen goes blank and startup of the Igo software just stops. When i press the red button, the device wakes up and SOMETIMES i am able to reach the language selection screen - that's the best result i got.

Perhaps if someone can send me the original contents of Becker BE z103's internal memory it will run normally. I also red, that it's possible windows CE's registry entries to be damaged or something, but i have no idea how to get there and what to do.

Here is your becker Z103 internal memory without maps,pois...you must populate them by yourself. The iGO8.exe inside iGO8 foder in Becker's flash, is original, not patched. You can change the iGO8 kit with other but treated.

Do you have any idea how to stop the screen from going to sleep mode? It goes blank ~10 seconds after the mainscreen loads, and then stays on for 5 seconds after every red button press.

After a lot of attempts finally i got it working. There is some problem with power - when the device is powered by external source - the screen works. When it is powered by battery - both the GPS receiver and the screen stop working.
