I have some troubles with installing the navigation files on my SD card. I have burned the .cdr files to a CD like it should. My navigation system recongnizes them correctly and I can also nagavigate from the CD. When I start the installment on the SD card, the system start installing them. At the end it gives a message that it is checking the file and I get a message that the files are installed and i can remove the CD. But when I remove the CD, there are no files on the SD card. Re-installation gives the same result.

The only time it worked was with the official CD Benelux which I received with the system. No problem with copying the CD to the SD card.

What am I doing wrong? Anyone who had this problem before? For now I've tried it with the files for Germany and France. Both the same result.

Check if your SD card is FAT32 formated.
Also, try to re-format SD card (uncheck quick format)..

I have checked the M. ROADS of EUROPE and i cant set any street. Only the highway is that normal?
And is there any other solution to get the other (side roads) to?

I have downloaded Benelux and installed on my sd card but i have also downloaded Germany but when i installed on my sd card it give's me an error.
That there is something wrong with the cd.

I sent an email to telealtas because there are new highways in Portugal open to traffic since mid of 2011, and they are not available in the 2012 version, and guess what? Here you have the answer from customer service:

" ... Dear customer,

the data on this Cd are from March 2011, so there is no possibility to cover highways open from end of 2011 on. Our preactuality service is max a half year in advance. The launch of this CD has been in October last year.
Due to the long cycles of compiling the map data and release processes for inbuilt systems at the car manufacturer there is at this point no other possibility.

Teleatlas published the CDs in October or November for the following year!

There is a Website "mapinsight.teleatlas.com/mapfeedback", there you can make corrections. You will get an answer per mail with a link, there you can see if the problem is solved.

My best guess is you have a RNS315 installed. Unfortunately, this collection of CD's won't be of any use to you then....
for the moment, you're stuck with the original card from your dealer (there is a 2012 version available....)

HI, I have an amundsen (skoda), I think its the RNS310.

I really think they shouldn't call "2012" to a software that is one year old ...
Other manufacturers have online updates when you buy a new years version (The update is available for a year).
I sent them back a question when would it be really available 2012 new roads and changes and I got .... nothing from them. They didn't answer my email.
My guess is that we have to wait until 2013 to get REALLY 2012 new roads, right?
Will they have a 2012 version "2.0"? Like an update to original 2012 release?
Would like to have your experienced comments, guys!
