I have tested the usenet versions of the images. They work fine.

By the way, I see someone successfully burned MRE on a 700MB CD so don't worry about the MRE image being 850mb.

@Gazo: About images and CD's... you're right. I didn't know that... how stupid must I be. Anyway, I'll check the thread and links better next time! By the way... as a moderator you could be a bit more professional in your use of words.

A few things Onzin8 (Which translates into NONSENSE)

You do live up to your nickname
The size of an Image has absolutely no relation to the total size of the resulting CD
That has been explained on this forum a good many times and it is appreciated that if you do not understand the first thing about images and CD burning, to refrain from misleading remarks or suggestions

Read the following and go shame yourself
How much information can actually be stored on CD-R

Secondly
If you post a link, check that it works. The one you gave is non existent

i finaly install cdrwin but when i start the program says "17236 unable to initialize the aspi manager". i m using win 7 x64.

I guess that has something to do with the drivers not installed properly. I had that before but somehow a reinstall solved it ;-)

BTW Thanks for those CD's they work flawelessly in my VW!

I was able to burn the benelux and major roads of europe fine.
I installed them on my gps 2 days ago and all went fine.
