Safedisc is a set of writing parameters in CloneCDand has nothing to do with a NEC writer or any other device

You did the right thing
You can select Safedisc 2/3 from the profile page but that will not change anything
Your CD's and/or writer cannot write proper copies

And step by step guides is not the purpose of this forum
Everything has been explained before and you have had plenty of time during your absebce to study copying protected materials
