Comand systems are very choicy with respect to copied cd's
Depending on the circumstances, the unit may have a worn laserlens, a dirty laser or even a faulty CD unit
Normally there is no problem reading originals but copies are difficult

The best thing is to use Taiyo Yuden full printables and a CD writer with a Renesas chip set

I bought Plextor PX-R412Ci (can to burn the CD at 1X) . But when I want to burn the CD, it says : POWER CALIBRATION ERROR, with CloneCD and IMGBurn.

What is this?

Normally it would mean that the laser cannot focus on the first ring of the CD
This may be due to the quality of the cd but most likely it means the laser of the writer has died

However, since the writer is an almost antique (1998) SCSI CD drive I would not be surprised that other aspects may come into the picture
Meanwhile I suggest to use a reliable SATA or PATA drive

But, the CD are VERBATIM, good quality ! (I think ^^ )
You say that we must use a CD that uses SATA or IDE, but none that uses SATA or IDE burns the CD at 1x.

I have ASUS DRW-2014S1T, and GPS can not read the CD.

The speed is unimportant as long as the writer is ok
I can burn DX CD's at 16 x with the Plextor 880SA (Lite-On iHAS324) using Taiyo Yuden media and every copy is 100A1

The ASUS is not a suitable writer for DX CD's

And if you use Verbatim CD's you must use the printable ones with a blueish reflection layer
Another thing is that most Comand units have problems accepting copied discs

I had seen on the old website GPS UNDERGROUND that ASUS DRW-2014S1T is good for DX CD's !! Ô_o

However, in the past year some users have reported various disappointing experiences
This lead me to think the writer might be less suitable for DX cd's for critical units like VAG, Comand and Skoda Nexus
