There should be a GALA (speed signal) on Pin 1 ISO and Pin 5 of the 26 pin Siemens connector
It would seem the signal on the 26 pin connector is missing

hi gazo thanks a lot for your reply.. but i must correct my thread; in fact the problem isn't that the arrow don't move on the display but is that the signal always in OFF ROAD.. for example yesterday i have done 120km and the arrow on the display move always near my position but never take the signal, always OFF ROAD.. in your opinion what is the problem?

That is exxactly what happens when no speed signal is available on the Siemens connector pin 5
The navigation cannot function without the speed signal

You must connect the pins 1 of the black ISO A plug and Pin 5 of the Siemens plug to the same speedsignal
If you have the original wiring harness the speedsignal should be on the blue/white wire

Alternatively you should consider to scrap the whole thing since no recent maps are or will be available

hi, gazo i want to inform you that i have buyed a new unit mfd with dx cd.. i fit it but there is the same problem.. What do you advise me to do?

hi ,new to the forum,nice place it is too,hope someone can help me to the latest version of my satnav for my vw 1999 golf ,The latest and final editions of the Non DX maps is 2007,TravelPilot 2-DIN RNS MFD is the model,looked everywhere to locate this disc (cd) hope someone here got a link and willing to share,my 2005 disc outdaed and not relible now,this is one im after United Kingdom - Ireland 2007 - Blaupunkt TravelPilot

All the discs you find here in the upload are the latest to be found on the net anywhere
If you want more recent maps of the UK you will have to buy them which would be afoolish thing to do given the quality you will receive.

thanks for your reply,and wont be buying for a unit this old,not really cost effective tbh,thats why i thought i would ask here as it seems a great forum and nearly every gps discs are shared here,a great place!
Suppose my unit is old and discs difficult to find!
hope someone here eventually finds this cd and post link or willing to rip theirs from there original cd in car and uploads the files
one can only live in hope
