What disc should I download? E91 -06

I have an E91 -06 with professional navi. What disc should I download?

Also, the disc I'm currently using works fine here in Sweden, but also in the Copenhagen area of Denmark. Is this the case with newer discs as well or do I actually need to switch discs when entering Denmark?
