    Pimp-My-Nav bad customer service

    For almost over a Week I have been waiting for the Pimp my nav software. Well, I got the software after 2 days of waiting. But now I need the activation Code. I have been waiting for that for about 4-5 days now. I find the customer service really bad. If you buy a program online you want to get I straight away.

    Any other people with the same experience?

    Try with this e-mail: PimpMyNav Sales [sales@pimp-my-nav.com]. I had no any problems when I ordered my PimpMyNav. The entire activation process took me 2 or 3 days. This was a half year ago. Good luck mate.

    It is not unusual that emails with sales details or activation codes end up in the spam filter of your email client
    In that case it is hardly correct to accuse the suppliers of poor customer service and I do know for certain that Pimp-My-Nav have a very solid reputation
    All questions should be directed through the forum
    Private messages will be disregarded

    i am just asking. The emails have not ended up in my spam filter. I have also tried to send a normal email to sales @ pimp-my-nav without any answer. Maybe he is on holiday? :P

    I am now waiting a week for the software... i've send couple of emails but still nothing.. also not in my spam box

    ok, looks like we will have to wait some time for the software..... A bit frustrating since I am leaving on a road trip for 2 Weeks on Thuesday

    if they dont answer at sales i don't think they willl answer the registration mail

    'been using their service and support for long now. no troubles. very effective and professional. sometimes one just might not be around to answer the email...
