The disc isn't 2011 maps... The map version is actually 2010 (ver 16)

Yes, this is not new and definitely not 2011 v17 unfortunately. It's the identical to a file I have called "AUST-NZ BMW 2010 Road Maps.iso"

Also if you look at cdrom.toc in the top level of the disc you'll see:
