Batteries run out during the Navi Updates; what should i do?

    @ Hi everyone!

Have the following issue: Did my navigation on V32 firmware update. But during the update, unfortunately went out of my car battery. Had not considered that the cold and because I have not driven the car for some time that the battery was almost empty. Now is the Navi is a blue screen and the CD can not take out. What can you do? Thank you in advance for your help!

PS: Sorry for the English! This is Google Translation!

That is why I always stress that you should run the engine or connect a battery charger when updating
You can charge the battery, idle the engine and use the update CD again
You can only hope that the update will run bnecause most of the times that this happens, you must have your unit flashed by a repair shop
But I also know of numerous units that never work again
All questions should be directed through the forum

So, it isn't a problem, when the Engine runs during the Update? Thanks in advance!

tried to post this already, trying again.

To eject the cd press and hold down the eject button for 3 mins or so (I used a garden cane)

Once light stops flashing release and the press eject again. that should eject the disc for you to try update again
