switichng between NAV DVD JER east / west: is this possible

Hi all
i am new to this forum and also a newbie in this whole GPS topic, even though i have the car several years already.

i have this chrysler JER navi with the western europe map (AG version, as downloadable, though i also have the original bought).
i built (created) the eastern europe DVD as described in another thread. it would fit onto a normal DVD.

So the first question: would a normal (not DL) work (the western DL copy works)
2nd question: i use the eastern europe only when travelling there. so the question is, is switching possible without problem, as i know that the databases are different and mounting the DVD in the nav changes the database on the nav. so is it possible to use the eastern and then go back to the western and use the eastern again later and so on?

I think you should look again at the type of navigation and this time use a mirror
The unit is called REJ

You can use the dvd's alternatively without any problem.
The unit is so stupid that it does not store any data from a map DVD
