Destinator 22.214.171.1245 + Extras
Requirements: CE 4.2, 5.0 pna, works with standard Destinator Maps
(Destinator 126.96.36.1995+Carbon2 skin+Coreplayer)
**I've only updated to clean up files and post since crash, added GAPI/gx.dll to slideplayer folder**
1. Download and unrar and add SW to SD
2. Download and unrar skin for your screen size. Rename folder to "All" (no quotes) and place in skins folder on SD.
3. In the skin download is a file called skin.cps (Place this in the slideplayer folder on SD...it's skin for coreplayer)
4. Add map folders to SD, place map folders in the same directory as Destinator.exe (default mobilenavigator folder) (use your current maps or check threads)
5. Open GPSTMC.ini in USERDATA folder on SD to adjust GPS settings (opens with notepad, make changes, save, exit)
CorePlayer uses Mortscript to launch. It is set up (your sd card\destinator\mobilenavigator\slideplayer)
If you are setting up with a different path
1. Rename slideplayer.mscr (slideplayer folder) to slideplayer.txt
2. Open with notepad and ...adjust path to find the slideplayer folder on your GPS
4. Rename slideplayer.txt to Slideplayer.mscr
(Special thanks to FreddySam for Mortscript!)
Coreplayer skin is fully functional and allows playlists!
You can organize your movies and music anywhere...
The down arrow button is minimize, X button is close
If your screen size does not contain (skin.cps) I working on it.
It has auto shut off with power disconnect...but does not work on my GPS...
Tap the bottom bar to switch display street/speed...in route 3 tap options
Skin Files: (Put in Skins folder, rename to All, place skin.cps in Slideplayer folder)
Forgot to include coreplayer skin....here it is

working good in my device SF410 made in Taiwan 5" with WinCE 6.0
I am a new GPS user. What are the baudrate, port and protocol settings for SANYO NVM 4370.
It installs fine but GPS signal is not detected.
Also there is a problem with the core player. When I launch the coreplayer, it gives error message
ProcExists requires toolhelp.dll on your device
I'm not sure on the gps settings...you'll have to look for some posts
The error with the mortscript....I've upped ce 4.2 and 5.0 toolhelp.dlls....just dl and put the right dll file in the slideplayer folder
have got this installed and have put in maps from another Destinator 8 which is working OK. However with this one it gets as far a the map selection page then asks for the map to be registered . It will go no further. The other Destinator 8 program never pulled this and just went straight on to do what it should do. Any suggestions thanks.
Hi, joking 742
Nice to meet you again
You are the only one who has succeed to make a working Destinator skin for 240x240 devices !
As I have said before forum crashed, I am eager to test a working D8 version which is suposed to manage Speedcams.
I wil try now this one.
But I have a question to you :
can you make your Skin for 240x240 from the first post, to work with the following D8 version:
It was announced as: 188.8.131.52.1 for PDA and PNA. But when you put the mouse over the .exe, it shows: 184.108.40.206
It was reccomended the maps containing folder (DestinatorApps) to be aside, but not in, the MobileNavigator folder. Both on the SD root.
Starts by executing the .exe only.
Will await you reply !

i did all you have described in my moov330 (miopocket r59) but the destinator just does not start.
The screen goes blue - black and returns to miopocket screen with an error message ""skin not available".
I have also downloaded a map which was copied to the destinator\MobileNavigator folder.
destinator configuration read "'MAP_NAME=Midwest (ND SD MN WI IL KS NE IA MO)" eventhough I am trying to use a totally different map.
in addition i am not expert enough to tamper with the GPSTMC folder.

I was hoping to develop this version more...but, safetycams D8/D9 are all encrypted, and I could not get TTS to work in other langs...so further development of skins just didn't seem worth it.
