I'm in the same situation as you, only admin can solve it, so we have to wait a little

you are 100% correct. i have people waiting to hear from me for quite some time and nothing i can do

I think the problem is severe. Ive encountered noumerous DB errors especially on sundays. I assume that if the level of professionalism is at the same level as modderators, the admin must be a dr. or so.
Please do not suggest that they need to try harder. When someone tells me that and i wasnt paid for that effort, I would know what to do..
Its always easy to suggest from the sideline. Respect and patience insnt.
