Well, well... Is it a factory built satnav, or an aftermarket one (noname madeinchina)?
If it is a factory built one, what is the type? What is the modelyear of the car? This information is much too less to answer.
If it is an aftermarket satnav, then gazo is right, this is not the right topic.
