Has anyone received an up date by Navteq for your usa ford,lincoln product. I bought an Explorer and the map is Version2.1 which I found out came out in June-'09. Bought car new in 10 2010 and didn't realize it should of been updated version 3.1 which came out in June 2010. Ford got me on this one. It's a DVD upgrade. Any help would be appreciated. Isn't Garmin Navteq also?

Navteq is Nokia which is now almost Microsoft

I just went ahead and poped the $199 for them. And, they weren't worth it.
