According to the following PDF tutorial, we just need to get the CD, use it to create the "SD_META.dat" file, and then adapt all remaining files via an hex editor.

I'm glad to see a translation of my original Tutorial (see ford western europe + turkey 2010).
But, unfortunatelly, it doesn't work.

Why doesn't it work?
What's the purpose of writing a full tutorial, with detailed specs, if it doesn't work?

New idea (perhaps is already tested...?).
I've read that old versions were on CD instead of SD. In that case, you could make a copy on SD.
Knowing this, I've written a procedure that could work. I cannot test it because:
1. I don't have CD, but original SD
2. I didn't found until now SD no HC for my 4GB maps.

But if someone is interested and could test the procedure, results would be interesting (why not?)
