do you have an idea to make a copy of an existing SD card with Complete Europe maps ?
I have a CD + SD card with Benelux maps

Try to make a image of the card with this program:

You also need a card of the same size to put back the image.

Plz let us know if it works.

What year/version do you have on the SD ?

i have just got a new ford focus with sat nav
how can i back up the sd card. I have back up the sd card to a 4Gb sd card but it will not work.
can anyone help me out please thanks

You will need a special program to do this since the format of the SD card is not what it seems
Mediaduplicator is a good one (30 days trial version)
The only other program that can do the job is USB Image Tool

i used USB image tool the mediaduplicator would not work no image found
sorry it olny worked for about 10 min then stoped
how do i get mediaduplicator to work i am on windows 7 pro

hello,let me get this right, I have a ford mondeo with travelpilot fx. If I can get an origial sd card with 2010 maps, can I get a working copy f the original sd card so I can use it in my car what size should the sd card be?

ok, got the usb tool, tomorrow I´ll get an sd card, but, has anybody mae a working copy of an original sd card? another question, why 4gb? the original one is not so big. plase, somebody explain these aspesct to me, because I dont want to waste money on sd cards.

The total size of the files on the original SD card is 3.3 Gb
Do you know any other way to get this amount of data on a card smaller than 4 Gb?

And yes, we are talking about an SD Card for Europe + Tyrkey, not a card for only one country

I mean just the maps for Spain, and no, I dont know any other way to get that amount of info in a card smaller than 4gb, thanks for the clear remark.next time, Ill try to be much clearer using another language
