VNR9000 maps

There was a satnav system in Ford Mondeo between 2001-2003, named VNR9000 made by Visteon.
The last maps were issued in 2003, so they are quite old. But maybe someone has this type of gadget and needs a map. So if somebody has download links, please post it here. I tried to search for it, but I couldn't find maps anywhere on the net.

Benelux 2003

This is Benelux map for Visteon VNR9000 (Ford Mondeo and/or others).
Unpack/unzip it will be a disk image, burn it at lowest speed you could on normal CD (no RW accepted by unit).

WARNING

Over the years various non original images of these disks were circulated
Some of these images were slightly modified where certain files were stripped of their contents
These copies will cause your screen to turn black and render your system completely useless including the audio/radio functions

Especially the CD France 2003 is famous for this behaviour

Please take my advice and do not use the images if you find any file in the directory SCREEN_DATA/Dm to contain no data

In the SCREEN_DATA/Dm directory there are several txt files, all of them contain data, so I hope this version is O.K.

P.S. All of them works in my car navi, but some of them "MAKE" a firmware update every time you put the CD in unit, and the problem is to folow the instruction on the screen something like: "DO NOT REMOVE THE CD" (about the "France" CD discution)

The software on the disc is responsible for the update or downgrade each time a disc from a different edition is used.
Nothing happens if you switch from one 2003 version to the next 2003 version
However the CD Benelux 2003 is in fact a version 2002 and will cause a downgrade when inserted.

Another warning

The images of Central Europe and France have been tampered with and are not original
The files inf/prepcd.log are not for these cd's but for Northern and Southern Germany
All the files on the Italy and France CD's are dated October 2007 which is impossible

Sorry in advance for my obscene exclamation: I DON'T F_*_*_* CARE about the date as long as the ALL of CD's are tested in MY CAR NAVI and surprise: ALL OF THEM WORK GREAT without any issue(as far as I know). Again SORRY for my language. Why none of them (cd's) were posted, if everybody have a lot of knowledge about. The upgrade or downgrade are running every time when you change some CD's ex: between France and Germany or vice versa (if I'm not too senile) but if the Central Europe will follow the Germany or vice versa, that will be NO Upgrade/Downgrade.

It is hard to imagine someone being so ignorant not to imagine that Central Europe includes Switzerland and Austria
