    Garmin Bleuchart maps - The key to understand their codes

    Hi

    Here is the key to understand Garmin Bleuchart maps references:Garmin codes.jpg


    - First digit letter identifies chart type:

    V = BlueChart g2 Vision
    M = BlueChart g2 in Garmin's memory card
    H = BlueChart g2 in microSD/SD cards

    - Follow 2 dígitos [xx] correspond to the region code:

    AE = Asia East (Japan, China, Indonesia, etc.)
    AW = Asia West
    EU = Europa (incluides Mediteranean sea)
    SA = South America
    AF = África
    CA = Canadá
    PC = Pacífic Ocean (Australia, New Zeland, etc.)
    US = USA and Caribean Sea

    -Following 3 dígits [yyy] Garmin's reference for each chart.

    - Last digit [z] means the geographic extension:

    S = Small
    R = Normall
    L = Large
    X = Extra Large
