Important
Owners of new Series Garmin devices should be very careful when using sets, first run must always be from SD/MicroSD Card NOT FROM INTERNAL MEMORY. Avoid using internal memory & big sets, 3in1 and higher, there's no reason to use them anyway you can have all the maps you need in the "Map" folder. These files are very useful in PNA, PDA, Symbian & older Garmin devices where you can increase the number of maps you can have in your memory card.

thanx re psile,
just a small problem
on my 14xx device, on the sd card i copied the plain autodrivehellas greekchar unlocked map,
then i copied the 3in1 greekchar and the 4in1 greekchar maps and everything worked just fine
but when i copy just the 7in1 greekchar map on the card (no other map on the card or the device)
the nuvi gets stuck during boot (it always gets stuck before displaying copyright info on the bottom of the display and remains stuck there for hours)
to boot properly, all i have to do is to rename the 7in1 map (change the *.img to *.bak for example, no need to delete it) and the device works ok
are you aware of the problem or a workaround?
anyways, no rush, just waiting patiently for the updated bunch with CNEU12.40 and anavasi 5.39
