unzip the file and copy all into the directory c:/jklink/roadguide.ph and run the registry inside and you have succesfully intalled rg v2.07.

@MobileXT - I was able to install into Mapsource and unlock with JetMouse. However, after dowloading to my Nuvi260w via Mapsource the POIs are not searchable. Any clues on what I am doing wrong?

run reg file on 32BIT System
if you used 64 BIT changeg open reg file with editor and change line

or use MapSetToolKit

Make sure everything is selected when you transfer to your gps device. Mine is everything ok.

Thanks guys for the info in unlocking and also for the sharing unlocked version...the problem again is the thin roads. I tried using the procedure applying typ_lib from previous forum (v2.01) however without success. If you guys can upload the typ_lib applied will be appreciated.

The rar file in MobileXT's post includes the TYP file "126FC.TYP". That will give you the thick roads that you like.

If you're using MobileXT's mapsource files it is easy to change the TYP. Just open "RoadGuid.reg" in notepad and change "0276.TYP" --> "126FC.TYP" and then save. Double-click on "RoadGuid.reg" to enter it into windows registry and you should have the thick roads now when you open Mapsource.

I've replaced my old version using this link...I used the "unlocked image file" and it works okay.
don't be surprised though if the roads are thin... this could easily be customized using the "TYP FILE".
