Yes the navi must be powered in the vehicle, you need a laptop to connect with a usb cable your navi as "mass storage" and browse till you find the "Garmin" folder and replace the original map with the unlocked one, take a look if you have enough storage for the new map, if not use a smaller one.

I have use: City Navigator WEST & CENTRAL Europe NT 2013.30 UNLOCKED IMG 1.98GB.
On 4GB Formatted as FAT32 SD-Card.
City Navigator NORD - EAST Europe NT 2013.30 UNLOCKED IMG - 750MB.
In Internal Memory.
The unit are 'a old Garmin StreetPilot c550, and it just run perfect
Also to other user: You can now download new TTS voices to this Unit to.
Just have to confirm that

Hi everybody !

I install this map on my Garmin Nuvi 200. I try in france. No problem. But this week, I had to go in Belgium. When I would like enter the adress, the button "Country", usually present, it disappeared ! Nevertheless the Belgium's map is install. When I start my GPS in Belgium the map is present. For example, it's possible to select POI in Bruxelles. But tape an adress in Belgium (or other country) isn't possible ! France is in defaut, and isn't possible to change !

Somebody have a solution ?

I got all the links of City Navigator 2013, unzipped and when I use the Mapsource tells me that the maps are locked and asking for a key to unlock the product online. How do unlock?
