Should I be combining 'Oztopo V3.0 Roads.img' and 'Oztopo V3.0 10m Contours.img' using GmapTool so I can have both files on the one SD card and then rename the combined file to gmapsupp.img?

They are RAR files, you need a rar unpacking program to unpack. However they refused to unpack on my PC so I renamed the files to .zip & then windows unzipped them no problems.
