Yes VUS017R is available and used to be posted on this forum - and I'm sure will be again. Until then a quick google search brought up these 2 links for it (part 1 and 2). This is an .IMG that you can put on an SD card - just rename to gmapsupp.img. I forget if the file was locked or not. If so use the forum for instructions on how to unlock an img.
I downloaded the 3 parts and they are all named the same, so I put the 3 seperate .img files in folders. I moved one of them to my garmin folder and when I go into my mapsource software and do a file open it says it can't open the file. Anyone have any ideas of what I'm doing wrong? I have the topos maps and I know when I got them it was a actual install, is this suppose to be the same?
