So now I've a BMW MN Iv that's the Zumo 660. I followed all the steps that are

Installed RoadTrip on my Mac
Connected the 660
Started RoadTrip
A message appear telling me that the maps are locked
Clicked on "Unlock Maps online"
Typed all the requested data
Clicked on "Retrieve unlock codes"
The site told me that now the maps are unlocked
Started again RoadTrip
The "Unlock maps" warning appeared again

I've repeated this procedure several times with no luck. The maps on the RoadTrip are always locked

I've done the same things on a PC with Windows with the same results. Every time I start Mapsource on the PC, the "Unlock maps" request appear.

In the RoadTrip if I click on the "Modify unlock codes" a window appear telling me that the maps are not installed but the maps are there!

Really I don't know what to do. I've to find a system to unlock my maps or do I've to find an unlocked maps to download.

In the Library/Application Support/GARMIN/Maps folder I've a file called City Navigator Europe NT 2011.10.gmap that' 2.41Gb. These are the maps but how can I unlock them?

Solved. My DVD maps are older than the maps installed on th unit...

I have the 660 device. Can I upgrade the device to higher verson ?
Sometimes my device always freeeze when touch the manuel screen, what's wrong with it, how can I fix it ?

That is a common problem with the 600 series....the touch screen needs to be replaced on them quiet often....you can get them on ebay if you think you have the ability to replace it yourself....(not recommended for most....you can mess up a lot of things if you don't know what you are getting into )

you could try updating the software....( Webupdater from Garmin ) sometimes it helps the problem

I forgot to say that harley davidson gpi works for almost all nuvi and zumo. And you cant get this with webupdater. Have fun.....
