Are you kidding? Garmin maps compatable with Lowrance?

I bought a GPSMap 62s and it gave me a hard time to make the UK Topo work! Thanks to the forum I made it.
Steps:
- Use the Jet Mouse Keygen to unlock the mapsource map
- Use the Fast IMG to unlock in the unit - i kept the original Gmapsupp.img as a backup, but it worked perfectly.

Now, let's hike!

JCV files dont have to be unlocked, you just have to copy it in Device/SD

Hi there. In the map folder in this case called FAM_4613 there are multiple .img files. Do I convert them all? Started with the larger files like basemap but still map remains locked. I think I need to try the Directory Unlocker as that may unlock the entire folder.Any ideas? Thank you.

Your problem description is not very clear as to what you are trying to do. Where is this "map" folder you are talking about? Is it in the GPS, is it on a data card, is it on the pc?

What maps are FAM_4613? That sounds like a mapsource directory on a PC to me. If you are trying to unlock a mapsource directory and there are MANY .IMG files you can use Garmin unlocker with the included .BAT file that will unlock ALL the IMG files for use in mapsource. You need them all unlocked.

If you are trying to unlock the a complete map file like gmapprom.img or gmapsupp.img you use the Fast IMG Unlocker to unlock the single file you wish to unlock.
