Fast IMG Unlocker

Thank you Tiger the problem was solved with Garmin unlocker. It is a Map Folder in my Garmin Map Source Directory on my PC containing a map that could not be unlocked using the usual methods.

FIU did not work on my windows 7 64-bit. FIU opened and asked for the location of the img file which I selected but after that nothing happened. Tried it on an XP machine and it worked.

Just have to copy the img to the GPS to see if it's now unlocked.

Better to run it on pc, you never know, if something goes wrong ....
You can simply drag and drop the *img in its icon

Is there any benefits/disadvantages of using this over Garmin UnLocker Alternative v6.04 ? or are they basically the same thing? is it just about preference?

Code is almost the same,unlocking method is the same, any difference.
