SCDB is a 3rd party database. Cyclops is sold by Garmin.
Cyclops has directional notification which is nice.

Camera content varies by area and country. Try both and see which is best for you.

On my nüvi 765T i can see it under Tools\Settings\System\About\Extras & Safety Cameras. But on my 1690 i do not know where to install it. Can anyone help me please....

Create a POI folder on your device root exp: X:\POI and insert the gpi and unl file inside.
