I am a french driver and I am not sure of terms used for file titles.
"Speed_xx.csv" is for fixed speed control systems that take pictures.
"Redlight_xx.csv" is for red light control system that also take pictures.
But for "Camera_xx.csv", which type of system is?

There is no need for it! All Files only have 622KB. Why it is a problem for you?

In some Countries there are Cameras on the Highways installed. They call them Section Control!
