Qld Transport website has the dump sites for qld

all the other states are to lazy to create a poi file for their state

The only way you will get a complete listing for all of Australia
is to create your own from research ie. google. etc

What format do you want the poi file in would help when making a request
here is the poi files in
gpi for garmin "just copy the camps5fixed.gpi to poi folder on garmin device"
gpx for mapsource
wpt for ozi explorer
Ov2 for tomtom
if you need the poi in any another format then above just let me know
