You have to rename these voice files the same as the default ones:

i.e for the Terminator voice, you need to rename it English_American_.vpm, otherwise, it won't work. This is so for Garmin Mobile XT, but I do not know what system your using. I think you could use other default voice file names, to enable more than one, but what I did was simply rename all of these as English_American_.vpm, then put them each in separate labeled folders and just cut and paste which one I like to use (use them one at a time, so to speak). I found this worked best for me, as its quick and needs no adjustments in the programme. I hope this helps.

I've write to GARM...for make a new sub categories in where i go>extra> and garm...write me that they use a software POI CREATOR by CONTENT TOOLKIT. I'm looking for this for make a new subcategories into extra. may you help me?

On this new model NUVI 3760(LMT), you DO have to change the name of the voices. However Garmin provides a FREE voice - and they do not name it American_... vpm. Instead, it uses it's actual name (Dr evil, etc.) followed with the extension .VPM.

Does anyone know how it is recognized when renaming others does not?
