Suggestion for GPS device for my car - must be hidden!

Hi everybody, I have a question and hopefully will find some good answers.

I live in Switzerland where radar alerts from GPS are forbidden and not available on the maps. Soon France will be the same. The police in Switzerland is really enforcing this law, when they stop you they check your GPS for POIs.

My plan is to buy some very simple and small unit (garmin, tom tom whatever) load custom POIs from radar and cyclops and hide it somewhere in the dash or the glove compartment this way I only hear audible alert that radar is coming. My normal GPS will be on the dashboard.

Is it possible to buy an old unit and add custom POIs and get audible alerts on them? Which unit should I look for this? Thanks
