I am looking for a "rns-e" writer . What chipset is needed?
I cannot find any Pioneer in my country. What do you recommend next in line ? It must be from the 2009-2010 lineup. Older models are near impossible to find

I have Pioneer DVR-216D (FW: 1.09). I can burn perfect AUDI MMI, AUDI RNS-E, VOLVO RTI, MERCEDES, etc disks...
But I can't burn Teleatlas DX CD's and VW MFD disks! I have to buy one more writer for these disks!
Which is the best writer to burn Teleatlas DX and MFD disks ?!?
What do you think LG GH22LS50 ? Thanks for your advices!

I've just read LG GH22NS40 DVD writer (with renesas chipset) is good for burning Travelpilot cd's. Is it true?

current writer for "rns-e" is Plextor PX-880SA for ~ 45€
