Dashboard issue

hi guys

friend of mine has Honda Accord 2003 (Japanese import)
he is getting Japanese message on the screen and when you place any disk inside - disk is ejecting all the time
he went to the dealer but they said 1000e for help (disk or labour)

battery was disconnected and still the same.

Any idea ?
