I made a couple of routes on my chinanavi with iGO primo 1.2. You can use a programme like tyre (tyre.tk) It's freeware. It works dead easy. Just place a couple of waypoints. Let the programme do the calculations and save the result as .kml file. You need to place the waypoints carefully and I would suggest to simulate the route before driving. Another methode is that you download pre-made Garmin routes and use itnconverter to convert it to iGO route. The programme does the work for you but again you need to safe the file as a .kml file.
Copy the file to the satnav. The path is content/userdata/route. When you run iGO the my routes button will active and you can select the route you want to ride. Good Luck!
