IGO Crash with WCE5 / 6 on GPS Head unit with incoming calls

Good evening!!
I wonder if someone can help me.
I have loaded IGO Primo 1.2 with European mapping 2010/2011 to my Double Din unit. I know there maybe a few readers saying!! Chinese stuff.... Not interested?
However, FlyAudio units are very, very good and work with ease.
It came with Sygic, which i thought was good, but IGO Primo in my opinion is much better.
I loaded the IGO PRimo to my unit and all was working really well. Mapping with radio on in the background.... perfect.
Got an incoming call and it all went very wrong.... The Double Din unit crashed and i had to reset to original spec to get it to boot up.
The message i got was one of two.
DDL File" was the first message, second was IGO Performed an illegal operation.
Keeping in mind that the system works perfectly unit I receive an incoming call and then it all goes Pete toung.

I was hoping that someone within the Forum has suffered the same issues? And if so how did you get around them?
